Product Introduction

Hald SR 300mg Tablet contains Progesterone, a natural female hormone that plays an important role in regulating the menstrual cycle, fertility, and pregnancy. Progesterone is primarily produced by the ovaries after ovulation, while the placenta produces it during pregnancy. Smaller amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. The sustained-release formulation of Hald SR 300mg Tablet helps maintain consistent progesterone levels, supporting normal reproductive health.

Hald SR 300mg Tablet uses include the treatment of progesterone deficiency, menstrual disorders, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), luteal phase support during fertility treatments, and early pregnancy support. It helps prepare the uterine lining for implantation and supports the maintenance of pregnancy in women with insufficient progesterone levels.

Do not take Hald SR 300mg Tablet if you are allergic to Progesterone or any of its ingredients. This medicine may not be suitable for individuals with liver disease, hormone-sensitive cancers (such as breast or liver cancer), a history of blood clotting disorders, or unexplained vaginal bleeding, as these conditions may increase the risk of serious complications.

Before using Hald SR 300mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver disease, or other hormonal imbalances, as these conditions may require close monitoring or dose adjustments during treatment. Always take this medicine as directed by your healthcare provider to ensure safe and effective use.
