Helidoff 25mg Tablet is an anticoagulant containing the active ingredient Eltrombopag, a thrombopoietin (TPO) receptor agonist. It is indicated for treating low platelet counts in primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and hepatitis C (HCV) infection. ITP is an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system destroys platelets, which are essential for blood clotting and protecting blood vessel walls. Low platelet levels can result in severe bleeding and bruising. This tablet is also used in adults to treat low blood counts caused by severe aplastic anemia, a condition in which the bone marrow fails to produce adequate new blood cells.

This medicine is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to Eltrombopag or its components. Allergic reactions may range from mild to severe and can include rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing.
