Product Introduction
Humalog 100IU Kwikpen contains insulin lispro. It is used to treat type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults and children aged two years and above. Diabetes mellitus is a disorder in which your body does not produce enough insulin or cells do not respond normally to insulin, resulting in high levels of sugar in the blood. Insulin facilitates the entry of glucose to all cells of the body. Inform your physician if you have kidney disorders, liver disorders, or heart problems before taking Humalog 100IU Kwikpen. Your insulin dose may need to be modified during pregnancy and after giving birth, so inform your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking this medication. Avoid alcohol while being treated with Humalog 100IU Kwikpen. Inform your physician about all medications you are taking, including herbal medications and supplements, as certain medicines may significantly alter blood sugar levels.
