Product Introduction

Inbec Tablet contains the active ingredients Abacavir, Dolutegravir, and Lamivudine. It is an antiretroviral drug belonging to two classes: Abacavir and Lamivudine are nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs), while Dolutegravir is an integrase inhibitor (INI). Inbec Tablet 30's is indicated for HIV treatment to manage HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection in adults and children aged 12 years and above who weigh at least 40 kg. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. The combination of active ingredients in Inbec Tablet 30's works to reduce HIV viral load in the blood, improve immune function, and lower the risk of HIV-related complications. Adherence to the dosage instructions provided by your doctor is essential for optimal therapeutic outcomes. Patients should not alter or discontinue Inbec dosage without medical consultation. Like all medicines, it may cause side effects. Commonly reported side effects of Inbec include headache, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and insomnia. Serious adverse reactions are rare but warrant immediate medical attention. Discuss potential side effects and precautions with your healthcare provider before commencing treatment. Patients with HIV typically seek information regarding Inbec Tablet pricing, pack availability in 30's format, and administration guidance. The standard regimen is one tablet taken once daily as directed by the physician. This medicine is frequently prescribed for HIV infection management, enabling patients with HIV to achieve longer survival and improved quality of life. Alternative medications may be available, though only a doctor can recommend an appropriate Inbec substitute if clinically necessary.

Uses

HIV infection

How it works

Abacavir inhibits the activity of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT) by competing with the natural substrate dGTP and its incorporation into viral DNA. Dolutegravir inhibits HIV integrase by binding to the integrase active site and blocking the strand transfer step of retroviral DNA integration, which is essential for the HIV replication cycle. In combination, they work by decreasing the amount of HIV in your blood and increasing the number of immune cells that help fight infections in your body. Although Inbec tablet will not cure HIV, these medications may decrease your chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related illnesses such as serious infections or cancer.
