Product Introduction

Intimacy Plus 3 Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive pill containing the active ingredients Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol. These synthetic forms of the female hormones progestin and estrogen work together to prevent pregnancy by inhibiting ovulation, thickening cervical mucus to block sperm movement, and altering the uterine lining to reduce the likelihood of implantation. In addition to providing effective contraception, Intimacy Plus 3 Tablet may also be prescribed to help manage dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual periods), reducing symptoms such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, and menstrual discomfort while promoting a more regular menstrual cycle.

Do not take Intimacy Plus 3 Tablet if you are allergic to Desogestrel, Ethinylestradiol, or any of its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have a history of breast cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, stroke, migraines, diabetes, or vision disorders. This medicine is not recommended for women with current or previous blood clotting disorders, severe high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes with blood vessel damage, pancreatitis, liver tumors, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or significantly elevated cholesterol or triglyceride levels. It should also be avoided if you are taking certain medicines for hepatitis C, or if you have a condition known as hyperhomocysteinemia.

Tell your healthcare provider if you have Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), sickle cell anemia, superficial thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, or a family history of high blood fat levels or blood clots. Women who have recently given birth, are scheduled for surgery, or expect prolonged immobility should discuss the potential risk of blood clots before using this medication. If you develop brown patches on the skin (chloasma), avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet rays, as these may worsen skin pigmentation. Intimacy Plus 3 Tablet is generally not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Always use this medicine exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider to ensure safe, effective contraception and optimal menstrual health.
