Colon and rectal cancer occurs commonly in age groups above 50 and is associated with genetic and environmental factors. Other common side effects of Irilieva 100mg injection include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, anaemia, pain, fatigue, fever, infections including sepsis, abnormal bilirubin levels, hair loss, and weight loss. Inform your doctor if these side effects occur or persist. Notify your doctor if you have chronic inflammatory bowel disease, bowel obstruction, or if you have received any live vaccines. Inform your physician if you are allergic to Irinotecan and its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your physician if you have liver problems or jaundice, kidney and heart problems, asthma, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, or severe diarrhoea. If you smoke or have previously received radiation therapy, report this to your healthcare provider. Consult your healthcare provider regarding other medicines, herbs, and supplements you take.
