Product Introduction
Kindtrol D3 capsule contains Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), a vitamin D analog used to prevent and treat vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency may occur when dietary or lifestyle intake is insufficient or when the body requires increased vitamin D, such as during pregnancy. This medicine is also indicated for certain bone conditions, including osteoporosis (thinning of bone), when used in combination with other medicines.
Do not use Kindtrol D3 capsule if you are allergic to Cholecalciferol or any ingredient in the formulation. Avoid this medicine if you have elevated vitamin D levels (hypervitaminosis D), high blood calcium levels (hypercalcemia), high urine calcium levels (hypercalciuria), kidney stones, or serious kidney disease.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, medical advice must be sought before taking this medicine. Additional vitamin D should not be taken without your doctor's supervision, as it may harm the baby. Cholecalciferol 20,000 IU capsules are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to their high strength.
Before starting Kindtrol D3 capsule, notify your doctor if you have kidney damage, are receiving treatment for heart disease, have sarcoidosis, or are already taking additional calcium or vitamin D supplements. Your doctor will monitor blood calcium levels during treatment. This medicine should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Inform your doctor of any pre-existing kidney conditions before beginning treatment, and notify your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Additional vitamin D should not be taken without your doctor's supervision, as it may harm the baby.
