Product Introduction
Kyzific 40mg tablet contains asciminib, an anticancer medicine belonging to the class of tyrosine kinase receptor inhibitors. Kyzific 40mg tablet is used to treat chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), a type of cancer of the white blood cells, in chronic phase in patients who have received prior treatment with two or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by inhibiting the BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase, a fusion protein resulting from the Philadelphia chromosome translocation in chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). It binds specifically to the myristoyl pocket of the ABL1 domain within the BCR-ABL1 protein, inducing a conformational change that locks the protein in an inactive state and inhibits its oncogenic activity. Inform your doctor before starting treatment with Kyzific 40mg tablet, as it may cause blood problems such as low platelet and white blood cell counts, pancreatic issues, and high blood pressure. Ensure you inform your physician of all medicines you are taking before beginning treatment with this medication. Report any symptoms of difficulty breathing together with a cough or fever, chest pain, fever, weakness, or seizures.
