Product Introduction
Lalcar ER 10mg Tablet contains Carvedilol, a beta-blocker that is widely used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), angina pectoris (chest pain), and heart failure. It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing the heart rate, allowing the heart to pump blood more efficiently while reducing blood pressure and the heart's workload. This helps lower the risk of serious cardiovascular complications such as heart attack and stroke.
Take Lalcar ER 10mg Tablet exactly as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to Carvedilol or any of its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have asthma, emphysema, slow heart rate (bradycardia), heart block, severe liver disease, heart rhythm disorders, diabetes, kidney disease, thyroid disorders, coronary artery disease, fluid retention, pheochromocytoma, or Raynaud's syndrome, as dose adjustments or close monitoring may be required. Common side effects include dizziness, headache, fatigue, low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, weight gain, dry eyes, respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, anaemia, depression, and body pain.
