Product Introduction

Lefron 10mg Tablet contains Leflunomide, a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. It works by suppressing the overactive immune response responsible for joint inflammation, helping reduce pain, swelling, stiffness, and preventing further joint damage. Regular use of Lefron 10mg Tablet can improve mobility, preserve joint function, and enhance the quality of life in patients with chronic inflammatory arthritis.

Take Lefron 10mg Tablet only as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to Leflunomide or any of its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, chronic diarrhoea, skin ulcers, or any active or recurring infection, as these conditions may require additional monitoring or dose adjustments. Your doctor may recommend routine blood tests to monitor liver function, blood cell counts, and your response to treatment. Since Lefron 10mg Tablet can weaken the immune system and remains in the body for an extended period even after stopping treatment, discuss any planned vaccinations with your doctor before starting therapy. Treatment may need to be postponed if you have a severe infection until it has fully resolved. Lefron 10mg Tablet should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as it may harm the unborn baby and can pass into breast milk. Avoid consuming alcohol during treatment because it can increase the risk of liver damage. Always inform your healthcare provider about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are taking to minimize the risk of potential drug interactions.
