Lengis 4mg Capsule contains lenvatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is indicated for progressive or advanced thyroid cancer when radioactive iodine therapy has not been effective. It is also used to treat previously untreated hepatocellular carcinoma in patients who are not candidates for surgical intervention. Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, an advanced form of thyroid cancer, typically presents in patients aged 60 years and above. Clinical features include thyroid gland enlargement and hardness, along with hoarseness of the voice resulting from paralysis of the recurrent laryngeal nerve. Hepatocellular carcinoma develops in the setting of underlying liver disease, including cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection. Patients with a known hypersensitivity to lenvatinib or any component of Lengis 4mg Capsule should not use this medication. Patients taking lenvatinib should inform their dentist or oral surgeon of this treatment, as the drug may affect wound healing and elevate bleeding risk.

Lengis 4mg Capsule is an oral medication that is usually taken once a day, at approximately the same time each day, with or without food.
