Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor anticancer medication containing Lenvatinib. It is indicated for advanced thyroid cancer in patients who have not responded to radioactive iodine treatment. It is also used to treat hepatocellular carcinoma. In combination with other anticancer drugs, it is used to treat endometrial carcinoma, a form of advanced uterine cancer, and renal cell carcinoma.

Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity or allergy to Lenvatinib or its constituents. It is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Blood pressure should be maintained at optimal levels during therapy; it is not recommended for patients with grade 3 or grade 4 hypertension. Patients with grade 3 or 4 hepatotoxicity and renal failure should not use this medication. Liver and kidney function monitoring is advised during therapy.

Discontinue Lenvabuzz 4mg Capsule before any scheduled surgery after consultation with your healthcare provider. Do not administer for at least 2 weeks after major surgery or until the wound has healed properly. Inform your physician if you suspect pregnancy, are breastfeeding, or plan to become pregnant. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended as it may harm the fetus or infant. Effective contraception is advised during treatment and for one month after therapy completion.
