Lonopin MD 300mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) class. It contains Enoxaparin as the active ingredient. It is used to treat severe blood clots and prevents deep vein thrombosis following abdominal surgery, hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, and in patients with severe mobility restrictions. This injection prevents further cardiac complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction. Lonopin MD 300mg Injection is contraindicated in patients with active bleeding, hypersensitivity or allergies to the active compound, and those with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia.
