Olaparib should not be used if you are allergic to the active ingredient or any other components of the formulation. Seek immediate medical attention if you develop breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, fever, cough, or wheezing during treatment.
Your healthcare provider will perform blood tests before initiating treatment and monthly throughout the treatment period, as olaparib may reduce red blood cell, white blood cell, and platelet counts. Inform your doctor before commencing therapy if you have existing lung, liver, heart, or kidney disease.

How it works
Lynza 150mg Tablet 30'S works by inhibiting the enzyme poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), which plays a role in repairing damaged DNA in cells. By inhibiting PARP, Olparib 150mg Tablet prevents cancer cells from repairing their DNA, leading to cell death. This targeted approach is especially effective in cancers with defective DNA repair mechanisms.
