Product Introduction
Megatas-S 50mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Mirabegron, which belongs to the class of medicines known as beta-3 adrenergic agonists. It is prescribed for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, such as frequent urination, sudden urges to urinate, and urgency incontinence (involuntary urine leakage). This medicine works by relaxing the bladder muscles and increasing its capacity to hold urine, helping to reduce these symptoms. Do not take Megatas-S 50mg Tablet if you are allergic to Mirabegron or any other ingredients in this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart rhythm problems, liver or kidney disorders, or urinary retention. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid this medicine unless advised by a doctor.

How it works
The Megatas-S 50mg Tablet composition includes Mirabegron, which activates beta-3 adrenergic receptors in the bladder wall. This action helps relax the bladder muscles, increases bladder storage capacity, and reduces the frequent and sudden urges to urinate.
How to Use
Take Megatas-S 50mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet. Take the medicine at the same time each day for best results. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Do not double the dose.
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Megatas-S 50mg Tablet may cause side effects. However, not everyone gets them. Common side effects: Increased heart rate Nausea Constipation Dizziness Urinary tract infection Diarrhea Serious side effects: Elevated blood pressure Irregular heartbeat Sudden severe headache Swelling of the face, mouth, or throat (angioedema) Seek immediate medical attention if you experience serious side effects.
