Product Introduction
Meloto spray contains melatonin as its active ingredient. This medication is used to help manage sleep-related issues, including insomnia, jet lag, and certain sleep disorders. Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterised by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing non-restorative sleep, often leading to daytime fatigue and impaired functioning. Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that occurs when a person's internal body clock (circadian rhythm) becomes disrupted due to rapid travel across multiple time zones, leading to symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, and difficulty adjusting to the new time zone. Patients who work night shifts or rotating shifts may experience difficulty sleeping during the day due to a misalignment of their circadian rhythm. Meloto spray may sometimes be used to help adjust sleep patterns in these cases. Some individuals have a naturally delayed circadian rhythm, leading to difficulty falling asleep at a conventional bedtime and waking up at a desired time. It may be used to help adjust the sleep-wake cycle to a more suitable schedule.
Patients hypersensitive or allergic to melatonin or any ingredients in this medication should avoid use. Some patients could experience allergic reactions or other adverse effects. Allergic symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing may occur after taking this medication. Use might sometimes trigger headaches or migraines in sensitive individuals.
Contraindications for this medication include pregnancy and breastfeeding, autoimmune disorders, bleeding disorders, organ transplant recipients on immunosuppressants, seizure disorders, children and adolescents, liver or kidney disorders, and potential interactions with medications. Before administering this medication to a child, particularly infants or young children, consultation with a paediatrician is necessary. Older adults may be more sensitive to its effects, and a lower dose may be sufficient.

How it works
Meloto spray's mechanism of action centers on its role in regulating the circadian rhythm, where it is produced in response to decreasing light levels, inducing drowsiness and signaling the body's readiness for sleep. It also influences body temperature and hormone release and possesses antioxidant properties. It's impact extends to various bodily systems through its receptors. Still, its primary function remains in synchronizing the sleep-wake cycle, making it a key factor in managing sleep-related issues.
How to Use
