Metalyse 40mg Injection

Metalyse 40mg Injection is a thrombolytic agent containing the active ingredient Tenecteplase. It is indicated for use in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including unstable angina and myocardial infarction, to dissolve blood clots.

Metalyse 40mg Injection is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tenecteplase or any other component of the formulation.

Inform your doctor if you are scheduled for surgery, including dental procedures. Due to the increased bleeding risk associated with this medication, your physician may recommend discontinuing the injection five days before surgical intervention.

If you experience irregular breathing patterns—including tachypnoea, bradypnoea, or apnoeic episodes—contact your doctor for evaluation.

Metalyse 40mg Injection is not recommended during pregnancy or in patients who may become pregnant. Women of childbearing age should use appropriate contraceptive methods while using this medication.

Consult your physician before using this injection if you are breastfeeding.
