Product Introduction
Mitant 12.5mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Sunitinib. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that works by blocking certain enzymes called tyrosine kinases involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells. This medication is used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST), a rare cancer that can develop anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract. It is also indicated for advanced kidney cancer and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PNET). Cancer is a condition characterised by uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells. This medication is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age. Before taking Mitant 12.5mg Capsule, it is important to discuss with your physician if you have blood disorders, cardiac problems, liver disease, kidney impairment, skin disorders, diabetes, seizures, or thyroid disorders. Also inform your doctor if you have recently undergone surgery or are scheduled for surgery. Tell your doctor if you have hypertension, as this medication may cause elevated blood pressure as a side effect. Avoid consuming grapefruit in any form during treatment with Mitant 12.5mg Capsule. Consult your dentist regarding any oral problems such as mouth pain, swelling, or ulcers inside the mouth before beginning treatment.

How it works
