MY360 tablet is an immunosuppressant containing mycophenolate sodium, an inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor. This drug is contraindicated in pregnancy due to risk of birth defects and miscarriage. It should not be used in pregnant women unless no suitable alternatives exist and potential benefits justify the risks. Female patients of reproductive age are advised to use effective contraception during treatment to prevent pregnancy.

Live vaccines must not be administered while taking MY360 tablet, as the medication reduces vaccine effectiveness and increases infection risk. Patients should not donate blood during treatment and for at least six weeks after discontinuation to ensure adequate clearance from the body.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to mycophenolate sodium or any other ingredient in the formulation. Inform your doctor of any existing liver or heart disease before starting treatment.

Because this drug suppresses immune function, it may increase the risk of skin cancer. Patients should limit sun and ultraviolet (UV) exposure and take appropriate protective measures.

Seek immediate medical attention if you develop bruising under the skin, fever, unexplained fatigue, dizziness, yellowing of the skin or eyes, vision impairment, reduced urine output, or seizures after taking this medicine.

MY360 tablet is an immunosuppressive medication that may affect infant immune system development and should be avoided during breastfeeding.
