Hypertension is a medical condition in which blood exerts pressure on artery walls, potentially resulting in heart disease, irregular heartbeat, and other complications.
Before commencing treatment, inform your doctor if you have allergies to Telmisartan or Nebivolol, a history of heart disease, diabetes, low blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, or Prinzmetal angina. Notify your physician if you experience any allergic reaction to Telmisartan or Nebivolol or any of their ingredients.
Report to your doctor if you have kidney disease, severe liver disease, heart rhythm problems, low blood pressure, elevated potassium levels in the blood, raised aldosterone levels, diabetes, asthma, or renal artery stenosis (narrowing of the blood vessels to one or both kidneys).
