Product Introduction
Nebilyst T Tablet is an antihypertensive medication combining Telmisartan and Nebivolol. This combination is used to control blood pressure when monotherapy proves insufficient. The tablet is primarily indicated for the treatment of hypertension, a condition in which blood exerts excessive force on artery walls, potentially leading to heart disease, irregular heartbeat, and related complications.
Before initiating treatment, inform your doctor of any allergies to Telmisartan or Nebivolol, history of heart disease, diabetes, low blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, or Prinzmetal angina. Prior to commencing therapy with Nebilyst T Tablet, disclose to your physician any allergic reactions to Telmisartan, Nebivolol, or their component ingredients. Report to your doctor if you have kidney disease, severe liver disease, heart rhythm problems, low blood pressure, elevated potassium levels, raised aldosterone levels, diabetes, asthma, or renal artery stenosis (narrowing of blood vessels to one or both kidneys). Your doctor may conduct regular monitoring of your blood pressure, electrolytes, and blood potassium levels at scheduled intervals.
This medication should not be administered to children under 12 years of age.

How it works

Together, they treat people with hypertension who cannot be managed with a single medication.
