Conditions: Nutrient Deficiency

Product Introduction

Nefita tablet contains Methylcobalamin, Biotin, and Essential Vitamins as active components. It is used to prevent and treat vitamin deficiency in patients with kidney disease and helps improve nutritional status in this population. The medication maintains adequate dietary nutrient levels in patients with insufficient nutrition and treats wasting syndrome in chronic renal failure, uremia (accumulation of waste products in the blood), and impaired metabolic kidney function.

Do not take Nefita tablet if you are allergic to any component. Although this medication contains vitamin B12, it is ineffective for treating pernicious anaemia and should be avoided if you have this condition. Iron can worsen haemolytic anaemia in some patients, therefore this medication should not be used in such cases. Since Nefita tablet contains iron, it should not be taken by people with haemochromatosis.

Nefita tablet is generally well tolerated in elderly patients. However, you should consult your doctor before taking this medication if you have underlying health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, or kidney disease.
