Nephtor 10mg Tablet contains torasemide, a loop diuretic. It reduces excess fluid in the body and is used to treat oedema due to fluid overload in patients with heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. It also helps manage high blood pressure.

This medication should be taken as advised by your doctor. Taking it 4 hours before bed may help reduce nighttime urination. Consistency in timing is important—take it at the same time each day. Dosage depends on your condition and individual response.

Common side effects include headache, tiredness, dizziness, stomach upset, dehydration, and decreased blood pressure.
