The dosage depends on your condition and how you respond to the medication. Common side effects include headache, tiredness, dizziness, stomach upset, dehydration, and decreased blood pressure. It is important to take this medication when you are feeling well. Stopping the medication without proper medical advice can worsen your condition. Along with the medication, lifestyle modifications such as regular exercise, stress reduction, smoking cessation, and limiting alcohol consumption may increase the medication's effectiveness. Before starting Nephtor 20mg Tablet, discuss any history of kidney or liver disease with your doctor. Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking for other conditions, and tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, as it may cause harmful effects and congenital abnormalities in a developing child.
