Product Introduction
Nitrocin 25mg Injection contains Nitroglycerin, a nitrate medicine that relaxes and widens blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood. It is used to treat heart failure, acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), and angina (chest pain). It is also administered during and after cardiac surgery to help control blood pressure and reduce the heart's workload.
Do not use Nitrocin 25mg Injection if you are allergic to nitroglycerin or other nitrates, or if you are taking medicines for erectile dysfunction, such as sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil, or riociguat for pulmonary hypertension, as these combinations can cause a severe drop in blood pressure. This medicine is also not recommended for people with shock, severe anemia, low blood pressure, low blood volume, low oxygen levels, certain heart conditions, fluid buildup in the lungs, or a history of head injury or cerebral hemorrhage.
Before receiving Nitrocin 25mg Injection, inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid problems, hypothermia, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This medicine is generally not recommended for use in children and should only be administered under medical supervision.
