It is indicated for growth failure in children due to growth hormone deficiency, Turner's syndrome, small for gestational age, and short stature of unknown cause. Beyond treating growth hormone deficiency, this medication also helps improve muscle mass, exercise capacity, and bone mineral density, and decreases fat mass. This drug is contraindicated in severe obesity, acute critical illness, upper airway obstruction, sleep apnea, cancer, diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, hypersensitivity, hypothyroidism, hypoadrenalism, scoliosis, and pancreatitis. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience breathlessness, rapid heartbeat, severe rash, swelling of the arms or legs, or any anaphylactic reactions. During treatment with Norditropin Nordilet 10mg Injection, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood count, blood sugar, thyroid function, and other vital parameters to prevent serious complications. Inform your doctor if you have a history of diabetes, heart problems, hypothyroidism, pancreatitis, cancer, obesity, or acute illnesses. Whether treatment with this drug affects fertility is not established. Prior notification to your doctor is necessary if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or are planning pregnancy before starting treatment. Use of this injection requires caution during breastfeeding.
