Product Introduction
Nuphos 500mg Injection is an anticancer agent used in treating various malignancies. It contains cyclophosphamide, which cross-links DNA and damages its ultrastructure, resulting in cancer cell death. Nuphos 500mg Injection is used in the treatment of malignant lymphomas (cancers originating from the lymphatic system—vessels, fluid, and lymphoid tissue) including Hodgkin's disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, mixed-cell type lymphoma, leukaemias, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, and breast carcinoma. It is also used in treating Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome in paediatric patients (a kidney disease in which large quantities of protein are lost in urine). Nuphos 500mg Injection is contraindicated in pregnancy, patients with acute infections, urinary tract infections, urinary outflow obstruction, and bone marrow disorders. Treatment with this medicine may lead to immune suppression, bone marrow failure, cardiotoxicity, renal toxicity, pulmonary toxicity, and secondary malignancies. Inform your doctor if you have pre-existing kidney disease, immune conditions, cardiac disorders, or liver diseases.
