Olasym 150mg Tablet

Olasym 150mg Tablet is a PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase inhibitor) class anticancer medication containing Olaparib. It is indicated for treatment of ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancer. The medication may be administered as monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.

Do not take Olasym 150mg Tablet if you are allergic to Olaparib or other ingredients in the formulation. Seek immediate medical attention if you develop breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, fever, cough, or wheezing during treatment.

Blood tests will be conducted before initiation and monthly during treatment, as this medicine may reduce red blood cell, white blood cell, and platelet counts. Inform your healthcare provider prior to starting treatment if you have a history of lung, liver, heart, or kidney disease.

Olasym 150mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy as it may cause fetal harm and miscarriage. Women of reproductive potential should undergo pregnancy testing before commencing therapy.
