Product Introduction
Opsutan Tablet contains Macitentan, an endothelin receptor antagonist used for the long-term treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adults. The Opsutan Tablet composition works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels in the lungs, helping improve blood flow and reduce strain on the heart. Opsutan for PAH may be prescribed alone or in combination with other PAH medications, and the Opsutan Tablet dosage should always be taken exactly as directed by your healthcare provider.
Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you are allergic to Opsutan Tablet, have liver or lung disease, are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or have concerns about male fertility. The safety and effectiveness of Opsutan Tablet have not been established in children.

How it works
Opsutan tablet widens the arteries of the lung and makes the arteries pump the blood by the heart, which passes through it. It lowers the blood pressure, relieves the symptoms, and involves the improvising of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
How to Use
Take opsutan tablet tablets as your physician advises. Swallow the tablets whole and intact. This tablets should be taken with food. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking the medicine if your doctor advises you to stop.
Side Effects
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Opsutan Tablet side effects are Common Anaemia Headache Bronchitis (inflammation of the airways) Nasopharyngitis (throat and nasal passages inflammation) Oedema (swelling of the ankles and feet) Pharyngitis (inflammation of the throat) Urinary tract infection (bladder infection) Hypotension (low blood pressure) Nasal congestion (blocked nose) Flushing (redness of the skin)
Expert Tips
Your doctor may monitor liver function and blood levels, as this medicine can reduce red blood cells and alter liver enzymes. Individuals with lactose intolerance or soy allergy should inform their doctor before taking Opsutan Tablet. Kidney patients should use caution and consult their doctor, as the medicine may lower blood pressure and hemoglobin levels. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to black pepper (piperine) before starting this medication.
