Pacget 100mg Injection is a chemotherapy medicine containing paclitaxel as its active ingredient. It is indicated for the treatment of breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and AIDS-related conditions. Cancer involves uncontrolled cell division and rapid growth. This medicine is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age. Pacget 100mg Injection may be administered as monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents. This chemotherapy medicine is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment, uncontrolled infection, and low white blood cell or platelet counts. Patients with cardiac disorders require prior assessment before initiating treatment. Administration of this medicine carries a risk of serious allergic reactions. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for at least six months following the final dose. Pacget 100mg Injection may be harmful to patients with alcoholism as the formulation contains alcohol.

Pacget 100mg Injection inhibits the microtubule structures present in the cell. Microtubule structures help cancer cells to divide and multiply. Inhibition of these structures slows the growth of cancer cells.

Avoid driving and handling heavy machinery after taking this medication, as it can affect concentration and alertness.
