Product Introduction
Pangraf 5mg Capsule contains Tacrolimus, an immunosuppressant that belongs to the calcineurin inhibitor class of medicines. It is commonly prescribed with other medications to help prevent organ transplant rejection in patients who have undergone kidney, liver, heart, or other organ transplants. Among the common Pangraf 5mg uses, the medicine works by suppressing the immune system, allowing the body to accept the transplanted organ and reducing the risk of rejection.
Do not take Pangraf 5mg Capsule if you are allergic to tacrolimus or any of its ingredients. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have liver or heart disease or a history of allergy to certain antibiotics. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience fever, unexplained bruising, extreme tiredness, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, reduced urine output, vision changes, or seizures while taking this medicine. Limit exposure to sunlight and UV rays by wearing protective clothing and using a high-SPF sunscreen, as immunosuppressive therapy may increase the risk of skin cancer. Inform your doctor if you develop diarrhea lasting more than a day, and always consult your healthcare provider before receiving any vaccinations during treatment with Pangraf 5mg Capsule.

How it works
Pangraf 5mg Capsule provides immunosuppression by inhibiting T-lymphocyte activation and proliferation and T-helper-cell-dependent B-cell response. It works by attaching to a protein called FKBP-12 and forms a complex called tacrolimus-FKBP, which inhibits the action of calcineurin phosphatase. This, in turn, inhibits the formation of T cells and suppresses the immune response.
