Product Introduction

Parbraze 150mg Tablet is a PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase inhibitor) inhibitor, a class of cancer medication. It contains olaparib as the active ingredient. It is indicated for the treatment of ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers. The medication may be administered as monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents. Olaparib should not be used if you have an allergy to the active ingredient or other components of the tablet. Contact your doctor immediately if you develop breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, fever, cough, or wheezing. Your healthcare provider will perform blood tests before treatment initiation and every month during therapy, as this medicine may decrease red blood cell, white blood cell, and platelet counts. Inform your healthcare provider before starting treatment if you have a history of lung, liver, heart, or kidney disease. This medication is not recommended during pregnancy as it may cause fetal harm and miscarriage. Women of reproductive potential should obtain a pregnancy test before commencing therapy. Continued use of contraception for at least six months following completion of treatment is advisable. Breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment as it is not established whether Parbraze 150mg Tablet is excreted in breast milk. Male patients should not donate sperm for at least 3 months after treatment completion. How to Use
