Product Introduction

Persinal HP 1200IU Injection contains Menotrophin, a highly purified combination of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH). It belongs to the gonadotropin group of medicines and is used to stimulate ovulation and support fertility. In women, it is prescribed to treat infertility caused by failure to ovulate, including cases associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) that have not responded to clomiphene citrate. It is also widely used during IVF and other assisted reproductive techniques to encourage the development of multiple ovarian follicles. In men, it helps treat infertility related to a low sperm count.

The Persinal HP 1200IU Injection dosage is individualized based on factors such as age, medical history, and the fertility treatment plan. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and treatment schedule. Patients often compare Persinal HP with other fertility injections, as it contains both FSH and LH. While similar medicines may have comparable uses, they can differ in hormone composition, dosing, and clinical indications. Your fertility specialist will recommend the most suitable option for your condition.

Like all medicines, Persinal HP 1200IU Injection may cause side effects, including abdominal pain, bloating, headache, and mood changes. Excessive doses may increase the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), which can lead to severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal swelling. If these symptoms occur, seek immediate medical attention.
