Product Introduction

PH Bar contains Ketoconazole, an antifungal medicine that belongs to the azole class of medications. It is used to treat a variety of fungal skin infections, including ringworm, athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and other dermatophyte infections. The soap is intended for topical application and works by preventing the growth of fungi on the affected areas of the skin.

Do not use PH Bar if you are allergic to Ketoconazole or any of its ingredients. It is meant for external use only and should not be applied to the eyes, ears, mouth, nostrils, or other mucous membranes, as this may cause irritation. If accidental contact occurs, rinse the affected area thoroughly with plenty of water.

Some users may experience mild side effects such as skin redness, itching, burning, or irritation at the application site. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult your doctor. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before using PH Bar, even though it has minimal absorption into the bloodstream when applied to the skin.

Uses

Treats fungal skin infections

How it works

PH Bar works by inhibiting the growth and replication of fungal cells. It interferes with the synthesis of ergosterol, a major component of the fungal cell membrane, which weakens the cell structure and leads to the death of the fungus.

How to Use

Use the PH Bar as directed by your physician or the instructions provided on the product packaging. Before applying the soap, wet the affected skin and the surrounding area with warm water. Gently massage it into the skin for about 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with eyes.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Serious Skin peeling, blistering Common Burning Irritation Dry skin Itching, redness

Expert Tips

Before applying PH Bar, gently clean the affected skin area with mild soap and water. Ensure that the skin is thoroughly dry before applying the medication. Do not apply more or less than the recommended amount, and continue using the medication for the entire prescribed duration, even if you start to feel better before the treatment is complete. Fungal infections can recur if not fully treated.
