Pregnin 10mg Tablet contains the active substance Isoxsuprine, an alpha-adrenergic blocker. It belongs to the class of vasodilators and is used to improve blood circulation. Pregnin 10mg Tablet is primarily used in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease to enhance blood flow by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing resistance. It also plays a role in managing preterm labour by relaxing the smooth muscle of the uterus, helping to prevent premature contractions. Pregnin 10mg Tablet is effective in alleviating symptoms of Raynaud's disease and improving circulation issues in other parts of the body. It can be prescribed to pregnant women under close monitoring to reduce the risk of preterm labour and promote a healthier pregnancy by relaxing uterine muscle contractions.
