Prucalshil 1mg Oral Disintegrating Strips contain Prucalopride, a medicine used to treat chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in adults. It works by stimulating bowel movements, making it easier to pass stools in people who experience long-term constipation without an identifiable underlying cause. This medicine is intended for adults and is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
Do not use Prucalshil 1mg Oral Disintegrating Strips if you are allergic to Prucalopride or any of its ingredients. It is also contraindicated in patients undergoing renal dialysis or those with serious gastrointestinal conditions such as intestinal perforation, bowel obstruction, toxic megacolon, toxic megarectum, or severe inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Patients with severe kidney or liver disease should use this medicine only under close medical supervision.
Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have heart disease, lung disorders, neurological or mental health conditions, cancer, AIDS, hormonal disorders, or any other serious medical condition.
