Additionally, it is used in patients with low white blood cell counts and in those with weakened immune systems. In certain serious infections, doctors may use it alongside other antibiotics to manage infection effectively. This medicine should not be used in children under 2 years of age due to insufficient data on safety and effectiveness in this age group. Do not use PT Max 4.5gm injection if you are allergic to piperacillin, tazobactam, penicillins, cephalosporins, other beta-lactamase inhibitors, or any of its ingredients. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have low potassium levels, liver or kidney issues, or are undergoing haemodialysis, as monitoring may be required.
