Product Introduction

Pulmopres Tablet contains tadalafil. It is indicated primarily for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms. Erectile dysfunction is characterised by inability to maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH is a condition characterised by prostate gland enlargement in men. This medication is not indicated in women and individuals under 18 years of age. This medication may facilitate achievement and maintenance of erection, potentially improving sexual function and satisfaction. By enabling erectile response, it may increase confidence and reduce anxiety associated with sexual activity. Pulmopres Tablet must not be taken concurrently with nitrate-based medications (used for angina or heart conditions). This medication is contraindicated in individuals with certain cardiovascular conditions, including recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, or stroke within the preceding six months. Alcohol and grapefruit juice should be avoided during treatment with Pulmopres Tablet. Inform your physician if you have lactose intolerance, as this medicine contains lactose. You must disclose to your physician any serious cardiac disorders, hypotension or hypertension, vision disorders, sickle cell anaemia, hepatic disorders, renal disorders, or recent myocardial infarction.

How it works

pres Tablet Pulmopres Tablet is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection. This improves sexual function, enhances sexual satisfaction, and increases confidence. Additionally, this medication relaxes the smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder, improving urine flow and decreasing urinary symptoms associated with BPH. Reducing urinary frequency, urgency, weak urine flow, and incomplete bladder emptying improve the quality of life for individuals with BPH.
