Product Introduction

Reglid 120mg Tablet contains relugolix, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist. It is indicated for the treatment of adults with advanced hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. Inform your doctor if you have severe kidney disease before commencing this medicine. Advise your doctor of any allergy to relugolix, sodium, or other ingredients in the formulation. Notify your doctor if you have bone disorders or reduced bone density. Long-term use may decrease bone density in males through testosterone suppression; inform your doctor if you intend to father children or whether you will use effective contraception during treatment, as the medicine may impair male fertility. Advise your doctor if you have cardiac conditions prior to use. This medicine is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and may increase pregnancy risk in pregnant women.

Uses

Advanced hormone-sensitive prostate cancer

How it works

Reglid 120mg Tablet can competitively bind to pituitary GnRH receptors, thereby reducing the release of luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which results in a reduction of testosterone levels in men with prostate cancer.

How to Use

Take the Reglid 120mg Tablet as your physician advises. Usually, the tablets will be taken with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine.
