Product Introduction
Renosave Forte Tablet contains N-acetylcysteine 300mg and pyridoxamine dihydrochloride 50mg. It is indicated for management of diabetic nephropathy and as an antidote in paracetamol poisoning. Diabetic nephropathy is a significant cause of end-stage kidney disease, arising from factors including poor glycaemic control, prolonged diabetes, hypertension, family history, and associated complications. This medicine protects kidney tissue from injury caused by contrast media, ischaemia, and toxins. It also detoxifies the body from paracetamol overdose effects.
Patients with allergic reactions to the ingredients and those with severe infections should consult their doctor before taking Renosave Forte Tablet. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, chest tightness, rash, itching, hives, swelling of lips, tongue, or face), infection (short- or long-term), tuberculosis, intestinal ulcers or diverticulitis (small bulging pouches in the digestive tract), liver disease, cancer, kidney function problems, or persistent headaches. Consult your doctor if you are planning pregnancy, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

How it works
