Product Introduction
Saizen 12mg injection is a human growth hormone (hGH) agonist containing somatropin. It is indicated for growth failure in children due to growth hormone deficiency, Turner's syndrome, small for gestational age, and short stature of unknown cause. Beyond treating growth hormone deficiency, this medication improves muscle mass, exercise capacity, and bone mineral density whilst reducing fat mass.
This drug is contraindicated in severe obesity, acute critical illness, upper airway obstruction, sleep apnea, cancer, diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, hypersensitivity, hypothyroidism, hypoadrenalism, scoliosis, and pancreatitis. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience breathlessness, rapid heartbeat, severe rash, swelling of arms or legs, or anaphylactic reactions.
During treatment with Saizen 12mg injection, your doctor may periodically monitor blood count, blood sugar, thyroid function, and other vital parameters to prevent serious complications. Inform your doctor of any history of diabetes, heart problems, hypothyroidism, pancreatitis, cancer, obesity, or acute illnesses.
The effect of this drug on fertility is not established. Saizen 12mg injection is not safe during pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or are planning pregnancy before beginning treatment. Use this injection with caution during breastfeeding.
