Product Introduction

Scleteri 7mg Tablet is an antineoplastic medication in the immunomodulatory category containing the active ingredient Teriflunomide. This medication treats relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), a chronic autoimmune disease affecting the central nervous system that leads to communication problems between the brain and the body. This can result in various symptoms, including leg weakness, difficulty walking, lack of coordination, and vision problems. It helps prevent relapses and slows disease progression by limiting the function of specific immune cells that cause nerve damage.

This medication is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to Teriflunomide or its components. Inform your physician if you have high blood pressure, alcohol addiction, skin problems, breathing problems, or intolerance to certain sugars, as these conditions may require special consideration when taking this medication.

If you are about to receive vaccinations or specific blood tests (such as a calcium level test), inform your physician before taking Scleteri 7mg Tablet, as some medications can interact with vaccines or affect test results.

Scleteri use is not recommended in individuals with severe liver or kidney disorders, serious infections, bone marrow disorders, immune system disorders (such as AIDS), or very low proteins in blood. These conditions could interact with the medication or worsen its effects.

This medication is unsafe during pregnancy as it can harm an unborn baby and increase the risk of birth defects. If you become pregnant while taking this medication, inform your physician immediately.

Consuming Scleteri 7mg Tablet during breastfeeding is unsafe as it is excreted in human milk.
