Product Introduction

Sifasi 2000IU Injection is an antineoplastic drug belonging to the class of luteinising hormone analogues containing the active ingredient chorionic gonadotropin. This drug is primarily used in fertility treatments to stimulate ovulation in women undergoing in vitro fertilisation (IVF). In male patients with hypogonadism, this medicine stimulates testosterone production where the body does not produce adequate amounts. It is also used to treat undescended testicles, facilitating movement of the testes from a higher position to a lower one. Common side effects observed with this medicine include pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site, headache, tiredness, depression, and fluid retention. Patients should inform their healthcare provider if these side effects are a concern or persist beyond the expected duration. This medicine may increase the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Patients experiencing lower abdominal pain, rapid weight gain, and difficulty breathing should seek medical attention. Sifasi 2000IU Injection is not recommended for pregnant women as it may harm fetal development. Patients with a medical history of blood clots, heart disease, liver disease, or kidney disease require careful use of this injection under supervision of their healthcare professionals. Patients with known allergy to this injection should report this to their doctor immediately.
