Product Introduction

Siromus 1mg Tablet is an immunosuppressant containing sirolimus. It prevents organ rejection in patients who have undergone kidney transplant, used alongside other medications. Following organ transplant, the immune system attempts to reject the new organ. This medication modulates the body's immune response to facilitate acceptance of the transplanted organ. It also treats S-LAM (sporadic lymphangioleiomyomatosis), a rare lung disorder. The most common symptom of this disease is shortness of breath. Before taking this medication, discuss with your physician if you have liver disorders, intolerance to certain sugars, family history of skin cancer, high cholesterol, or other medical conditions. Siromus 1mg Tablet is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Avoid grapefruit juice and grapefruit consumption while taking this medication. Limit sun exposure during treatment. Use sunscreen with high SPF (sun protection factor) and wear protective clothing when outdoors. Avoid live vaccines during treatment with Siromus 1mg Tablet. Use effective contraception during treatment and for at least twelve months after the final dose.
