Sofocure 400mg Tablet contains sofosbuvir and velpatasvir as active components. It is indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C, a liver infection caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Treatment duration is often shorter than older treatment regimens. The duration may vary depending on factors including HCV genotype, previous treatment history, and presence of liver cirrhosis. Successful treatment with Sofocure 400mg Tablet can significantly reduce liver inflammation and fibrosis caused by HCV infection.
