Product Introduction

Sutib 12.5mg Capsule 28's contains the active ingredient Sunitinib. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that works by blocking certain enzymes called tyrosine kinases involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells. This medication is used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST), a rare cancer that can develop anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract. It is also used to treat advanced renal cancer and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PNET). Cancer is a disorder characterised by abnormal cells growing in an uncontrolled manner. This medication is not recommended for people under 18 years of age. Before taking Sutib 12.5mg Capsule 28's, discuss with your physician if you have blood disorders, cardiac problems, liver disease, kidney disorders, skin conditions, diabetes, seizures, or thyroid disorders. Inform your doctor if you have recently undergone surgery or are scheduled for surgery. Tell your doctor if you have hypertension, as this medication can sometimes cause elevated blood pressure as a side effect. Avoid consuming grapefruit in any form during treatment with Sutib 12.5mg Capsule 28's. Consult your dentist if you experience any oral problems such as mouth pain, swelling, or oral ulcers before beginning treatment.

How it works

How to Use

Sutib 12.5mg Capsule 28's is taken orally, in the form of capsules, with a glass of water. The capsules should be swallowed whole and not crushed, chewed, or opened. This medication is usually taken once a day, with or without food, at around the same time each day. If you miss a dose then do not double the dose to compensate for the missed dose .

Lungs: unsafe Sutib 12.5mg Capsule 28's can cause interstitial lung disease (ILD), a serious and potentially fatal condition that causes scarring of the lungs.
