Do not take Tadaflo 20mg Tablet if you are using nitrate-containing medicines for chest pain or heart conditions, as this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It is also not recommended for individuals with recent heart attack, unstable angina, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, or a stroke within the previous six months. Avoid consuming alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as they may increase the risk of side effects. Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, vision disorders, sickle cell anemia, liver or kidney disease, or any other serious medical condition.
