Tadamasa 10mg Tablet contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms in men. Erectile dysfunction is characterized by inability to maintain an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH involves enlargement of the prostate gland. This medication facilitates achievement and maintenance of erection.

Do not take Tadamasa 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to tadalafil or its constituents. This medication is not for use in women or individuals under 18 years of age. Do not use this medication if you are currently taking any nitrate-based medication (used for angina or heart conditions).

Tadamasa 10mg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions, including recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, or cerebrovascular accident within the past six months. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice during treatment with this medication.

Do not use this medication if you are taking guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat, as concurrent use may result in potentially fatal syncope or symptomatic hypotension.

Inform your physician if you have lactose intolerance, as this medicine contains lactose. Prior to treatment, disclose any history of serious cardiac disorders, hypertension, hypotension, vision disorders, sickle cell anaemia, hepatic impairment, renal impairment, or recent myocardial infarction.

Additionally, this medication relaxes the smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder, improving urine flow and decreasing urinary symptoms associated with BPH. Reducing urinary frequency, urgency, weak urine flow, and incomplete bladder emptying improve the quality of life for individuals with BPH.

Tadamasa 10mg Tablets can be consumed orally as advised by the doctor. The tablets are typically taken with water, with or without food, following the prescribed dosage and frequency for oral consumption. It is usually taken as needed, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity.

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them. Tadamasa 10mg Tablet should be used with precautions and considerations. Before taking this medicine, inform your healthcare provider about any pre-existing medical conditions, especially cardiovascular issues, liver or kidney impairment, anatomical deformities of the penis, or a history of priapism. Use caution if you have a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcers, or retinitis pigmentosa (a condition affecting the eye that leads to pigmentation in the eye). It may interact with certain medications, including nitrates and alpha-blockers. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and grapefruit juice, as they can affect the metabolism and effectiveness of the medication. It should not be used in women and children below 18 years.If you have a priapism, or an erection that lasts longer than four hours, get medical help right away because this condition might harm your penis permanently.
