Before starting this medication, inform your healthcare provider if you have heart or kidney problems, severe liver disease, epilepsy, vision concerns, or a history of alcohol dependence. Uses

TAXOCARE 120MG INJECTION uses are Non-small cell lung cancer Breast cancer Stomach or gastric cancer Prostate cancer Head and neck cancer

How it works

Docetaxel works by binding to a protein called beta-tubulin, which helps cells grow and divide. By doing this, it stops cancer cells from dividing properly and prevents the formation of structures needed for cell division. Additionally, docetaxel reduces the activity of a gene called BCL2, which usually helps cancer cells survive. By lowering this gene's activity, the treatment helps cancer cells become more sensitive to natural cell death processes, making it easier for the body to fight against the cancer.
