Telma MCT 50mg/6.25mg Tablet contains telmisartan, metoprolol, and chlorthalidone, which are antihypertensive agents that help control high blood pressure and reduce excess water and electrolytes from the body. Telma MCT 50mg/6.25mg Tablet works by relaxing blood vessels to ease the heart's pumping action throughout the body, and it lowers the risk of heart attack and stroke. As this medicine is a diuretic, it causes frequent urination. It is advisable to take this medicine 4 hours before bed, and it is important to continue this medicine even if you feel well. The dosage of this medication depends on the condition and how individual patients respond to it. Telma MCT 50mg/6.25mg Tablet acts by lowering blood pressure and reducing the occurrence of heart attack and stroke; do not discontinue this medication without proper medical advice.
